1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese, drained
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp crushed hot red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Combine ingredients in a bowl, blend until smooth. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
