CHEDDAR SPINACH APPETIZERS

1 (8 oz) can crescent rolls
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, cooked and drained
3 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350. Unroll the crescent rolls into two long rectangles. Place in an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Press over the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form the crust.

In a medium size bowl, combine the cheese and flour. Add the half and half, spinach, eggs, salt and pepper, mix well. Pour this over the crust. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut this into squares and serve warm.
