4 tbsp heavy cream, whipped
4 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Juice of one lemon
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
2 cups cooked, peeled shrimp, tails on
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of Paprika for each
Crackers
6-10 lemon wedges (2-4 lemons)

Mix together whipped cream, mayo and ketchup in a bowl. Add Worcestershire to taste. Add in enough lemon juice to make a tangy cocktail sauce.

Fill six individual cocktail glasses one-third full with finely shredded lettuce. Place several cooked shrimp in each glass, layer with a dollop of sauce. Drape a few shrimp tails over the edge of each glass and sprinkle with cracked black pepper, salt and dash of paprika. Serve with crackers and lemon wedges.
