HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS

1-1/2 lbs ground pork
1-1/4 lbs ground round
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
3 tbsp horseradish
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 can (8 oz) crushed, drained pineapple
Preheat oven to 450. To form meatballs, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape in to one inch balls. Place balls into shallow baking dish for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
For sauce, mix together all ingredients in large saucepan except pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium and simmer for ten minutes. Stir in pineapple. Spoon meatballs into sauce, stirring until well-coated. Continue to cook for ten to fifteen minutes or until heated all the way through. Serve hot. Makes about 75 meatballs.
