GRILLED SALMON I

Category: Fish and Seafood

2 salmon fillets, about 1 lb each
1/2 cup vegetable oil and lemon juice
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary, or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Place salmon in a shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients, setting aside 1/4 cup for basting and pour remaining over fish. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain, discarding marinade.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Brush grill grates with oil. Place fish, skin side down and cook for 5 minutes. Brush with basting sauce, continue grilling for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. Serves 4.
