Shelly's Recipe

*GRANDMA BUSHs SLOPPY JOES*

1 small onion, minced
1 minced garlic clove
2 tbsp butter
1 lb hamburger
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar
3 tsp chili powder
1 cup catsup and water

Saute garlic and onion in butter until golden brown. Add hamburger and brown thoroughly. Drain off excess fat and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve on a bun.
