1/2 cup wild rice, uncooked
Cooking spray
1/2 cup peeled and chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup soy sauce
Cook rices according to package directions. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and add cooked rice along with remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
