SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

1 tbsp butter and olive oil
1 small onion and green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar and salt
Pepper, to taste
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz) pkg spaghetti

Mash garlic with salt and sugar. Heat skillet with butter and oil. Add mashed garlic, pepper, and chopped vegetables. Cook until vegetables are softened. Add beef and cook until brown. Add sauce and simmer 20 minutes, uncovered. Cook spaghetti and combine cream cheese and sour cream in a separate bowl.

Drain spaghetti and add to a greased casserole dish. Spread cream cheese mixture over spaghetti. Add meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
