SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 box Swiss or dark chocolate cake mix
1 (3.5 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
3 large eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups milk

Icing
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (12 oz) container whipping cream
2 chocolate bars, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup pecans

Mix cake ingredients together; blending well. Pour into 3 (9 inch) greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Top with icing.

Icing: Mix sugars and cream cheese until smooth. Add whipped topping, chocolate pieces and pecans. Mix well. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
