BLACK CHOCOLATE CAKE FROSTING

1 egg white
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/3 cup water
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Combine ingredients in a double boiler on low heat. Beat with a mixer at least 4 minutes for spreading consistency.
