WHITE CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

1 (6 oz) pkg white baking bars
1/4 cup whipping cream or milk
1 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup confectioners sugar

Melt chocolate and whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Cool until room temperature, about 30 minutes. Beat butter and sugar gradually into cooled mixture on high speed until light and fluffy. Makes enough 2 (9 inch) cake layers.
