Shelly's Recipe

*ITALIAN SCALLOPED POTATOES*

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp Italian seasonings; crushed
1/4 tsp garlic powder

In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, arrange half the potatoes and half the onions. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese and half the parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Heat oven to 400.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and spoon over potato mixture. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake and additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves 5
