ZIPPY BEEF SKILLET

8 oz uncooked small tube pasta, cooked al dente
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup diced onion and green pepper
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 tbsp honey
2-3 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream

In a skillet, cook beef, and diced vegetables over medium heat until meat I no longer pink; drain. Add tomatoes, jalapenos, honey, chili powder and salt. Reduce heat to low; cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta to beef mixture. Add sour cream, cook and stir until heated through, do not boil. Serves 8
