SEAFOOD SPREAD

2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup cocktail sauce
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup baby shrimp, cooked
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/3 cup green onion, pepper, black olives, chopped
1/3 cup diced and seeded tomato, drained
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

In a bowl, combine the first 2 ingredients and evenly spread over a serving plate. Layer with remaining ingredients. Scoop with cracker, chips or vegetables.
