SEAFOOD SANDWICH SPREAD I

1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 - 1 cup relish spread
1 (4 1/2 oz) can tiny shrimp, drained
1 (3 1/2 oz) can tuna and salmon, drained and flaked
1 tbsp sour cream and mayonnaise
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp minced chives
Dash garlic powder

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve on bread slices.
