TACO BURGERS

1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1/4 cup water
1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 lb ground beef
4 hamburger buns, toasted

Toppings
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine next 4 ingredients. Add meat; mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Cook over medium coals 5-6 minutes. Turn; cook 4-5 minutes more or until done. Cook over medium coals, 4-5 minutes. Serve on bun and pass toppings. Serves 4
