SWISS MUSHROOM BURGERS

Burgers
1 1/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper
4-5 slices Swiss cheese
Dijon mustard
4-5 Kaiser rolls
6-8 tsp sour cream

Prepare grill. In a separate bowl, combine burger ingredients and form into 6 patties. Cook burgers 7-9 minutes; turning every 3 minutes.

While burgers are cooking, toss mushrooms with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Place mushrooms on a sheet of foil and grill along with the burgers during last 1-2 minutes of cooking time.

When burgers are cooked through, place a piece of cheese on each; cook 1 minute longer or just until cheese is melted.

Serve by spreading mustard over rolls; cover with burger and portions of mushrooms. Top each with a generous dollop of sour cream and remaining roll half.
