SPICE SALMON KABOBS

Category: Kabobs/Kebobs/Skewers

1 1/2 lb salmon fillets, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt, garlic powder, celery seed, pepper and paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder and cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp EACH fennel seed, crushed and ground cumin

Place salmon in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over salmon. Spread bag and toss to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes. Thread the salmon onto 6 skewers and grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side. Serves 6
