CHICKEN PROSCIUTTO ROLL-UPS

1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/8 inch thickness
4 slices prosciutto
2 oz thinly sliced Fontina cheese
1/2 of a 7 oz jar roasted red pepper, cut into strips
For sauce: combine wine and thyme. Place on each pounded chicken breasts the cheese and ham. Arrange 1/4 of the roasted red pepper on cheese near bottom edge of the chicken. Starting from bottom; roll into a spiral. Secure with toothpicks.
Grill, uncovered, directly over medium coals, 15-18 minutes, turning once halfway through grilling. Let the set a few minutes. Take out toothpicks and slice across and serve.
