CARIBBEAN GRILLED TURKEY

1 pkg fresh turkey breast tenderloins
2 tbsp peach preserves
4 green onions and garlic cloves
1 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce and salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime peel, shredded and soy sauce

To grill, light spray grill rack with cooking spray. Heat grill to medium heat. In a food processor, puree remaining ingredients and spread on tenderloins. Place on a grill. Turn frequently for even cooking and browning. Cook tenderloins for about 20 minutes or until meat is not longer pink.
