BEER MARINATED CHICKEN TACOS

1 cup dark Mexican Beer (Negra Modelo)
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp dried oregano and kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, about 4 oz each

Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt

2 flour or corn tortillas

Marinade: Mix together ingredients and add thighs. Marinade in the refrigerator 2-4 hours, turning the bag occasionally.

Guacamole: Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl; add the lime and salt. Mash the ingredients together. Cover with plastic wrap, placing it directly on the surface to prevent browning. Refrigerate until about 1 hour before serving.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard. Grill the meat 8-10 minutes, turning once or twice. Cut into strips. Warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 1 minute, turning once. Pile the sliced chicken inside the tortillas. Top each with some guacamole. Serve warm. Serves 4-6.
