CHERRY TOMATOES STUFFED WITH HERBED CHEESE

3 dozen cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp pesto
2 small clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh snipped fresh parsley and chives
1 tbsp snipped fresh tarragon or dill weed
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (4 oz) pkg chevre cheese or cream cheese
With a knife cut off top of each tomato. Hollow out all the tomatoes; invert on paper towels to drain. In a food processor, place pesto, garlic and spices and process 15 seconds. Add cheeses. Process until smooth. Place filling in a pastry bat and pipe into each tomato. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 35.
