IRISH CREAM TOPPED BROWNIE DESSERT

Brownie Base
1 box fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
2 eggs
Irish Cream Topping
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 (4 serving box) instant vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup
3 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
1 bar chocolate English toffee candy, crushed
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of an 8 inch square baking pan with shortening. In a large bowl, stir together base ingredients until blended. Spread batter in pan and bake 25-26 minutes. Cool about 1 hour.
In a bowl, beat first 4 ingredients on high speed 4-6 minutes or until soft peaks form. Spread mixture over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with crushed candy. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
