FROZEN LEMON SQUARES

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar and butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
yellow food coloring
Whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients and press firmly on bottom of an 8 or 9 inch square pan.

In a small mixer bowl, beat yolk, and next 3 ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool and top with whipped topping. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
