CHEWY CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES

1/2 cup cocoa and melted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1/4 tsp salt
1 (10 oz) pkg vanilla or peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together cocoa and butter until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended Let dough stand 10 minutes; drop by heaping tspfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until. Cool 5 minutes; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
