Shelly's Recipe

HONEY BBQ SAUCE

2 onions, chopped
1/4 cup honey
5-6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup white wine
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp liquid smoke and hot pepper sauce
2 cups ketchup
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 2 hours.
