Shelly's Recipe

*SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE*

1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups thinly sliced potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. In an ungreased casserole dish; layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese, return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
