WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT BROWNIES WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1/2 cup butter
8 oz white chocolate, cut into chunks
4 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Sauce
3 oz white chocolate, cut into chunks
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven Brownies: Grease a 10x8 inch baking pan. Melt the butter with the chocolate until melted completely. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt until frothy. Add the sugar and beat until thick and pale, about 90 seconds. Scrape down the sides. Add the chocolate mixture and the vanilla to the eggs and beat for 5 seconds. Add the flour and mix until just moist. Fold in the nuts and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes and let cool for 1 hour before serving.

Sauce: Melt white chocolate with cream and butter, stirring until smooth. Let cool a little and drizzle over the cut brownies.
