BAKED RICE

Category: Rice/Risotto

1 1/4 cups rice, not instant
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consommé
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup butter, sliced

In order listed, place in a greased casserole. Do not stir. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered. Cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
