4 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 box butter pecan dry cake mix
1-1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1/2 to 1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar
Layer ingredients in order as listed in a 9x13 greased dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
