PINEAPPLE HAM GLAZE

1 (15 1/4 oz) can sliced pineapple in juice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard
Dash ground cloves
1/3 cup honey and cider vinegar
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tbsp cornstarch

Drain pineapple reserving juice. In a saucepan, combine reserved juice and remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent. Brush ham with half of glaze 30 minutes before ham is done. Continue baking 15 minutes. Arrange pineapple slices on ham and brush with remaining glaze; continue baking 15 minutes. Enough for a 5 lb ham.
