BOURBON CHICKEN AND NOODLES

1 lb cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
1 tbsp ground ginger and liquid smoke
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 clove garlic, minced

1 package noodles, cooked according to package directions, drained

While chicken is cooking, in a small bowl, combine ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil. Add chicken to mixture and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles. Serves 4
