HONEY DIJON GLAZE

1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Brush glaze over ham or roast during last 30 minutes of cooking. Glaze will be sufficient to coat one whole ham (either boneless or bone-in ham) or pork roast.
