HOLIDAY HAM GLAZE

Juice and peel from 1 orange and lemon
1 cup sweet red wine or cranberry juice
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
16 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Drippings from baked ham
2 tbsp cornstarch and water

In a saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Add sauce and drippings; heat through. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water; add to glaze and cook, stirring until thickened. Serve warm over sliced ham.
