SMOKED SALMON SPREAD I

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 (5 oz) container garlic and herb cheese spread, like Boursin
4 oz sliced smoked salmon
1 tsp chopped dill or chives
Pita chips, crackers or bagel chips, for dipping

Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 5-6 times or until mixture is combined. Spread into a bowl and serve with chips.

NOTE: Also good in hollowed out cherry tomatoes or stuffed into mushroom caps and baked at 375 until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
