BOURBON MUSTARD GLAZE

1/4 cup each brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon or Creole mustard and bourbon
2 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk until sugar has dissolved and mixture is smooth. Note: Use for marinated pork or beef ribs before grilling or broiling or for ham before baking and basting several times during cooking.
