APRICOT GLAZE FOR HAM

1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/4 cup bourbon

Mix ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves. During last 20 minutes of baking, glaze the ham. Return it to the oven and raise the oven temperature to 450. Transfer ham to a serving platter. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before carving.
