SALSA CHEESE DIP

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Co-Jack cheese
1 tsp chili powder (optional)

In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder with electric mixer. Chill several hours or overnight. Serve in bread bowl. Makes about 2 1/2 cups
