MAHOGANY PORK CHOPS WITH MARINADE SAUCE

6 bone-in pork chops
Marinade
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce and chili sauce
1 tbsp coarse grained Dijon mustard and dried minced onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp molasses, divided
1 tbsp water
Prepare outdoor grill. Place chops in a baking dish. Whisk together first 5 marinade ingredients and only 1 tbsp molasses and pour over chops, marinate for 20 minutes. Remove from marinate, transfer the marinade to saucepan.
Grill chops 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Transfer to serving platter. Let rest 5 minutes. Add remaining molasses and water to marinade in a pan. Boil 3 minutes. Serve with pork.
