CREME SANDWICH COOKIE TRUFFLES

1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese, Softened
1 pkg Creme Sandwich Cookies, crushed
1 (16 oz ) pkg White Chocolate ( Almond Bark )
1 tbsp solid shortening

Allow cream cheese to soften. Add crushed creme sandwich cookies until well blended. Shape into 3/4 inch balls and refrigerate until well chilled. Melt chocolate in glass bowl in mircowave oven, adding 1 tbsp solid shortening. Dip each truffle in chocolate and place on wax paper until firm. Makes 60-70 truffles.
