WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PASTRIES

1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells
6 (1 oz) squares white chocolate
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 (1 oz) square semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Bake pastry shells according to directions. Microwave white chocolate and 1/4 cup cream on high for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 minutes or at room temperature, stirring occasionally.

Beat remaining cream until soft peaks form. Do not over beat. Fold 1/2 of the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture. Fold in remaining whipped just until blended. Spoon into pastry shells. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
