MARINATED MOZZARELLA APPETIZER

1 pkg fresh mozzarella cheese
1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing
1/2 cup whole marinated olives, seeded

Place all ingredients in shallow dish. Toss lightly and then cover. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate.
