LOBSTER NEWBURG - Easy

8 oz lobster chunks
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp dry sherry
Dash ground nutmeg
Toasted points or hot cooked rice

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toast points or rice. NOTE: To make toast points cut bread with cookie cutter; toast. Brush with parsley butter.
