ZIPPY BEEF BAKE

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp butter
2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
2 tbsp green onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 (4 oz) can green chilies
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup with garlic and herb

In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender. Drain. Stir in spices. Add rice, chilies, sour cream and half the cheese. Dilute soup with white wine and stir into whole mixture. Transfer for a 2 quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
