HAZELNUT FRANGELICO CHEESECAKE

Crust:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter, soft
2 tbsp milk

Filling:
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp flour, all purpose
1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 cup Frangelico liqueur

Crust: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter in a large bowl. Blend until mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk to form a ball. Grease a 9 inch spring form pan. Line bottom and side with dough. Chill.

Filling: Preheat oven to 450. Beat cream cheese with sugar, flour, nuts, and vanilla. Mix in the eggs, one at the time to combine. Stir in liqueur. Pour filling into prepared pan. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

Reduce oven to 300 and bake for another 50 minutes or until filling is firm and golden brown. Cool on rack. Serves 12.
