Shelly's Recipe

*SHRIMP SPREAD* IV

1 small pkg uncooked shelled and deveined shrimp, thawed
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper and Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 tbsp butter

Beat cream cheese until creamy and shining. Saute onions and shrimp in 1 tbsp butter until onions are golden and shrimp is cooked.

Fold mixture into cream cheese. Add lemon juice, pepper seafood seasoning. Chill several hours. And serve on cocktail ryes.
