SOUR CREAM SHRIMP DIP

1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp green onion and celery
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 1/2 oz) can small deveined shrimp, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
Dash pepper
Few drops red pepper sauce
Garnish: Chopped green onion, small shrimp
Assorted crackers

Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute onion and celery until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Comibne cream cheese and sour cream. Stir into vegetable mixture. Stir in shrimp, pepper and peppers auce. Heat, stirring constantly, until warm throughout. Do not boil. Transfer to a serving container. Garnish and serve with crackers.
