GRILLED TOAST A LA PROVENCALE

10 thin baguette slices
1 pkg Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs
2 oz pine nuts
2 oz Sun dried tomato marinated in olive oil
Briefly grill 10 thin baguette slices. Leave them to cool down, spread them with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs, and then garnish them with pine nuts (pre-roasted in a hot oven for 5 minutes) and pieces of sun dried tomato marinated in olive oil. Serves 10
Variation: You can replace the tomatoes with grilled red peppers marinated in olive oil and the pine nuts with thin slices of Parma ham.
