CHEESY HAM AND ASPARAGUS BAKE

1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen asparagus cuts
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt and tarragon
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 425. Generously grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle 4 ingredients in dish. Mix next 7 ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour over ham mixture. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
