SWEDISH APPETIZER MEATBALLS - Easy

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg Swedish meatball seasoning mix
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pkg Swedish meatballs sauce mix
2 cups milk

In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix with water. Mix well. Add ground beef, mixing well, and shape into 1 inch meatballs. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meatballs and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once. Remove from pan and drain.

Empty sauce mix in a sauce pan. Gradually stir in milk; mix well. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Toss meatballs with sauce. Serve in a chafing dish.
